We work across the whole county, from Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti out to the rural townships in the west and south. There is no charge for the initial visit and no obligation attached to the quote that follows it.
What happens on the first visit
We measure the room, note the ceiling height and every obstruction in it, check the floor construction, find your electrical panel and look at where a condenser could live. That takes about an hour. You get a written quote afterwards with a heat load figure and a stated cooling specification.
What we need from you
An idea of your bottle count, whether you want the room seen or hidden, and access to the space. If you have a floor plan or a survey, bring it, but it is not required.
